The respective property owner is responsible for all content pertaining to the description of the respective vacation home, either in written or pictorial form. The tenant will be informed of the identity of the property owner in the event that a rental contract is concluded; and this property owner is the sole contract partner for the Tenant with regard to the described characteristics of the rental property and the functional capability of the furnishings and equipment that is listed. In addition, SARDAVERA AG among others acts as an intermediary agent for the procurement of rental contracts for the vacation homes that are presented on this web site by the property owners.
