| 1) The prices include all incidental costs for utilities (i.e. electricity, water and gas). The daily rate is also charged for every partial day. The landlords charge a lump sum of € 95 per arrival for support on location (someone to accompany guests to their vacation home, bilingual contact person in case of problems) and final cleaning of the vacation home. You can order additional services from a local service office through your rental agency. You will find a description of the services and a registration form for those additional services under Services. That is where you can find the Registration Form for a rental contract. |
