Villa Smeralda style (House No. 109)

¹⁾ The prices include the cost of the rental, the cost of consumables ("normal" amount of usage) such as electricity, gas and water as well as the costs for the vacation rental agency and advisory activities of SARDAVERA AG. For invoicing purposes, any part of a day counts as a whole day unless you move into the house after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and leave before 9 a.m. on the day of departure. In that case, the respective day is only charged at the rate of 50%. The vacation rental agency must be informed of that fact at the time of registration. Correction of the price calculation is not possible after the fact.
A flat-rate supplementary fee in the amount of €25.00 shall be charged for arrivals after 8 p.m..
The responsible agency, Centro Servizi Baia del Sole, charges a lump sum of € 45 per arrival for on-site support (someone to accompany guests to their holiday home, contact person in case of problems).
For any holiday home there is an additional charge for cleaning services after departure. The chargeable fee varies for all houses and depends on space and spatial condition of each rental home. Hints to the fees due are indicated in the descriptions of each holiday home. Those fees are payable in cash, to the responsible agency “Centro Servizi Baia del Sole”, on arrival.
