All of the holiday homes presented here are procured exclusively through us. You conclude the rental contract directly with the landlord. In that way, you do not incur any additional costs because of a distribution system that is heavy on commissions!
No hidden extra expenses! You pay the price per day that is specified and a one-time lump sum of €95 for final cleaning and on-site service. That’s it! The “collection plate” for electricity, gas, water and using the washer, TV or air conditioning, which is quite popular elsewhere, is not passed around in our case.
